100 hour training (Module 1)

CrossYoga 100 hour training is an amazing training if you want to teach yoga once or twice a week or host a retreat once in a while. After the training you will receive a CrossYoga 100 hour certificate. You will be qualified to teach yoga as we go through all the foundational information needed for teaching - both Christian yoga and ‘regular yoga’.

200 hour training

(Module 1+2)

This training will allow to dive deep into yoga. You will receive a Yoga Alliance (200RYT)* and a CrossYoga certificate. With the 200RYT you get an internationally recognized training via Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance has requirements that must be followed in order for you to get the 200RYT certification, and therefore this training is more expensive and more comprehensive.
