Trauma Sensitive Yoga TCTSY

I am a certified TCTSY-Facilitator (TSTCY-F) and offer this both online and face to face, individually and in groups.

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga is a treatment for PTSD & Complex Trauma. The TCTSY methodology is based on central components of the hatha style of yoga, where participants engage in a series of physical forms and movements. Elements of standard hatha yoga are modified to maximize experiences of empowerment and to cultivate a more positive relationship to one's body. Unlike many public yoga classes, TCTSY does not use physical hands-on adjustments to influence a participant's physical form. Rather, TCTSY presents opportunities for participants to be in charge of themselves based on a felt sense of their own body.

Counseling & Therapy

Are you looking for treatment or guidance based on both conversational and embodied methods? As a yoga teacher, counselor/therapist and TCTSY-F I’m a specialist in designing plans, together with my clients, to meet their unique needs and desires. To me it’s of great importance that the client is in charge of identifying both the goal and the process to get there. I work with my clients both online and face to face.
