Get strong and healthy with CrossYoga Power
Slow, challenging strength - not advanced handstands, and the like.
Add a few power poses to your regular yoga class to keep the class fun and engaging also for the regulars. You’ll learn creative ways to use bodyweight, weights, blocks, and straps as tools to build strength and endurance.

In CrossYoga, we believe that Christian yoga is not a “yoga style!” It’s about the content or the topics you teach during the class.
Learn Hands-on Assists
Learn, or re-learn, how to use your hands as a healing tool with CrossYoga’s 10-hour course.
This training consists of an introduction to 20 hands-on assists, and the related ethics and practical know-how for when practicing assists. You are encouraged to practice hands-on assist with somebody you know, before trying it in a class.
Introduction to Functional Yoga Anatomy
Getting to know the body is helpful in yoga and exercise in general. You simply get more out of it when you know a bit about what muscles you are strengthening or stretching.
I have carefully chosen the most important anatomy takeaways for yoga enthusiasts/instructors and made them fun to learn! No ‘remembering Latin, names’! Feel your own body, draw the muscles, and see them on the screen.
The training is made for both yoga instructors and yoga enthusiasts.
Learning The Yoga Postures
Get to know +60 of the most common yoga postures. Learn all about alignment, where postures stretch and strengthen the body, and how to get in and out of the postures to feel great.
This course is also for you as a yoga enthusiast if you want to know more about the postures.
If you are a yoga instructor, this course is a great refresher of the postures used in flow and slow classes.
7-day Challenge: Physical and Spiritual Strong Core
Build a strong physical core and practice your spiritual core beliefs. This course is for everybody who wants to work on their back, abs, and shoulders. We mix strengthening movements, stretches, and mix it with prayer and wisdom from the Bible.
You do not need to know a lot of yoga to participate! Rie teaches yoga for all levels, so even though you are experienced in yoga, you'll also enjoy this challenge.
