CrossYoga Retreat Bremen, Germany
November 27 - 29th
MOVE - BREATH - PRAY
Being present, being still, and being with God. Step away from everyday demands and give yourself space to breathe deeply, move gently, and rest without needing to achieve anything.
Join us in Germany for a retreat where you can come as you are. Our hope is that you’ll leave feeling rested, encouraged, and reminded that you are deeply loved by God.
During this retreat, you’ll experience silence, CrossYoga with Rie, meditation, community and optional conversations about yoga as a Christian practice
Through CrossYoga, prayer, and quiet reflection, we’ll make room to listen to God and receive His love. There will be time to enjoy the surroundings, share meaningful conversations, and simply be.
Explore different forms of CrossYoga. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced with yoga, sure about faith or not: You are welcome!
Dorm rooms are available (max 3 people), and 1 single bedroom is available (email for single room price)
Invite your friend and start the winter and Advent season with rest.
