Said about a previous retreat:
“I have been at many retreats and this is one of the best. I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived - I loved the yoga sessions, the blissful quiet time, and the lazy afternoons reading. Evenings of friendship, faith, laughter, and singing. Rie creates an amazing, safe space to just be yourself and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and teaching.” Lisa (UK)

About the house & retreat
The retreat is held in two, big, joined beach houses right next to each other. The houses have a modern interior design, along with a beachfront terrace with access to Gorden’s Bay’s beach. The houses also have a beautiful view of the bay and mountains nearby.
We will be a max of 18 participants if the retreat is full.
I will be teaching Christian yoga and I teach with respect for anyone that might have other spiritual beliefs than Christian.
We’re planning two trips into the nature of Cape Town.
You can join the retreat if you are not used to doing yoga!
Retreat Leader
Rie Frilund Skårhøj, from Denmark, is the founder of CrossYoga and hosts retreats, teacher training and more. She will guide you through the yoga practice at the retreat.
She is an author and experienced yoga and group-fitness teacher, so you are in safe hands whether you are experienced in yoga or new. She will teach a mix between slow and flow yoga including meditation.
She will also offer daily Cross Training classes (a mix of strength training and cardio)
