In this training we focus on assists that is somewhat easy to remember and target the most often needed muscle group or the best 'feel good' sensation. You learn +20 assists via video and receive a manual to help you remember the assist.
With CrossYoga’s mini-training you can start and finish when it suits you!
Your participants will LOVE hands on assists so this is an important aspect of being a yoga instructor.
